    Your order will go into production on the next business day after purchase.

  2. Why are there products with limited stock?
    At CubySoft, we manufacture our own products, which means each one is designed and handcrafted by our team. We will produce limited units of the most requested products, with a specific quantity each month. To ensure you get the products you want, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible.

  3. What happens if the product I want is out of stock?
    Since we design, cut materials, and sew each product, the manufacturing process can take longer than products from other brands. We recommend staying tuned to our updates to avoid missing any restocks. You can contact us to see if we can add a specific product to the production queue.

  4. How long does it take to manufacture my order?
    Production time is approximately 2-3 business days.

  5. Will there be any delays in shipping due to the holidays?
    During the holidays, shipping services may be overloaded. If you are in Europe, we recommend selecting express shipping to increase the chances of receiving your order on time.
