Shipping policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR B2B & WHOLESALE ORDERS:

  • SHIPPING COSTS: The flat rates listed below apply only to retail customers. For wholesale/B2B orders, shipping costs are NOT included and the provisional €0.00 rate at checkout is for order review purposes only. Shipping fees will be calculated manually based on the final weight, volume, and destination of your package, and will be added to your final invoice before payment.

  • PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES: Wholesale orders are custom-made and manufactured under request. The standard delivery times listed below do not apply to business orders. A specific production and delivery estimate will be provided individually once our team reviews your order.

Shipping

Order deliveries will be mainly managed by the UPS transport company. CubySoftSpeedGear.com reserves the right to change the transport company or use another carrier if necessary.

Shipping Costs:

  • Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands: €6.95
  • Ceuta, Melilla, and Canary Islands: €19.95
  • Portugal: €9.95
  • Rest of Europe (Standard): €14.95
  • Rest of Europe (Express): €19.95
  • Rest of the World (Express): €24.95

There is no free shipping, unless during specific promotions or campaigns.

All shipments will be made within a maximum period of 2 working days (excluding weekends, holidays, and holiday eves), once payment has been confirmed and received (in case of bank transfer or deposit). This preparation period is in addition to the transport time.

  • National Shipments (Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands): Estimated delivery time between 48 and 72 working hours.
  • Express Service (Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands): Estimated delivery time between 1 and 5 working days.
  • Standard International Service (Europe only): Estimated delivery time between 2 and 7 working days.
  • Express International Service (Europe and Rest of the World): Estimated delivery time between 1 and 5 working days.

CubySoftSpeedGear.com allows customers to pick up or send goods with their own transport company.

For any issues with the transport agency, please contact us to resolve it as soon as possible (delays or incorrect addresses).

If you wish the delivery to be made at a specific time, please specify it in the order comments.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees.

We recommend grouping all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually.

CubySoftSpeedGear.com reserves the right to modify package preparation and shipping times for any limited stock or special promotion/campaign that is carried out.

Products purchased through pre-order will be shipped on the day indicated in the product description.
