1. How long does it take to process an order for shipping?
Orders are processed and shipped the next working day after purchase, as long as all the items in the order are in stock.
If your order includes made-to-order or pre-order items, the preparation times will be different and are specified in each product description.
2. How do I know if a product is a pre-order or made-to-order?
If a product is in stock, there will be no special notice in its description and/or main image.
However, if a product is available for pre-order or is made-to-order, this information will be clearly stated in the product description and/or main product image.
3. How do pre-order products work?
Pre-order products are items that are not yet available but can be reserved in advance.
The product description will clearly state that it’s a pre-order item, and by placing the order, you agree to the specific terms associated with these products.
There you’ll find all relevant details: estimated delivery time, specific release date (if applicable), and any additional conditions.
These timelines may vary depending on production, and CubySoft reserves the right to modify them if necessary.
If there are any changes to the dates or conditions of your pre-order, we’ll notify you via the email address provided in your order.
Please note: if your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped once that item is ready.
4. What does it mean when a product is made-to-order?
A made-to-order product is not physically in stock and will be specially manufactured for you.
These items require a production time before shipping — usually around 3 to 5 working days — though this may vary depending on workload and material availability.
We appreciate your understanding if the production time is slightly longer due to external factors.
Your order will be shipped once all items are ready — that is, once all made-to-order products are completed.
5. I want a product, but it’s not available for purchase. What can I do?
If a product is out of stock and doesn’t offer a made-to-order option, feel free to write to us and let us know which item you're interested in.
In many cases, we can make it for you or notify you when it’s available again.
If your request is possible, we’ll send you a custom link to place the order and begin production of the made-to-order item(s).
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Use this number on the courier’s website to check the delivery status.
7. Are CubySoft products designed and manufactured by your own team?
Yes — at CubySoft, we design and manufacture our own products. We carefully select materials and carry out the entire production process locally, in Elche (Spain).
If you have a Speedsoft brand or are interested in developing a custom product, feel free to contact us.
8. I have a shop or I'm a distributor. Can I sell your products?
Yes, we work with shops and distributors. We offer a dedicated catalog with special pricing and conditions for industry professionals.
