RETURNS

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable products:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your return to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next step, contact your bank. It often takes time before your refund is registered.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@cubysoftspeedgear.com and send the item to: José García Ferrández 30/4, 03205, Elche (Alicante), Spain.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was shipped to the buyer for later delivery, we will send a refund to the buyer, and they will be aware of your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to: José García Ferrández 30/4, 03205, Elche (Alicante), Spain.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are sending a product worth more than €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
