What are the dates of the Black Friday & Christmas promotion?
The promotion will be available from November 19, 2024, to January 6, 2025. Please note that the last day to place orders with limited stock will be December 12 at 6:59 (UTC+1). Shipments for these orders will be made until December 16. -
Will I still be able to buy products after December 12?
Yes, starting December 12 at 7:00 (UTC+1), you can purchase CubySoft products that we have in stock. However, no additional units of products will be manufactured. We reserve the right to release extra units if manufacturing conditions allow. -
Why are there products with limited stock?
At CubySoft, we manufacture our own products, which means each one is designed and handcrafted by our team. During the promotion, we will produce limited units of the most requested products, with a specific quantity each week. To ensure you get the products you want, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible. -
What happens if the product I want is out of stock?
Since we design, cut materials, and sew each product, the manufacturing process can take longer than products from other brands. Every Thursday morning, we will add stock of the most requested products to our website. Please note that December 5 will be the last day we add limited stock during this promotion. If any product is out of stock, we will notify you via our social media, especially on Instagram, and let you know when it’s available again. We recommend staying tuned to our updates to avoid missing any restocks. -
When will I receive my order?
If you place your order before 7:00 (UTC+1) on Thursday of this week, it will be shipped the following Monday. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the following Monday. Example: If you place your order on November 25, it will be shipped on December 2. If you place it on November 21 at 7:01 (UTC+1), the shipment will be on December 9. -
What if I place my order after December 12 at 7:00 (UTC+1)?
Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day, excluding holidays. From this date onwards, only products in stock will be available, which allows us to prepare and ship them more quickly. -
Will there be any delays in shipping due to the holidays?
During the holidays, shipping services may be overloaded. If you are in Europe, we recommend selecting express shipping to increase the chances of receiving your order on time. The express shipping service for Europe will be available from December 12. -
Will there be shipments between December 27 and January 6?
We will not be making shipments between December 27 and January 6 due to a pause in our production and logistics. If you want to receive products before Christmas, make sure to place your order before December 12. -
